It is interesting how colors make people feel different ways! I dress very dramatically, mostly blacks and deep colors, with somewhat severe lines. Yet when it comes to the fabrics I love for decorating or sewing with, I just love shabby chic with pretty pinks and roses and lace. They make me feel happy when I look at them. And I do not really care for browns and golds, really, either. I love bright and bold for quilting, but I prefer blue or black clothes. Well, actually I don't decorate at all. Move too much. Always rental homes. Whats the point? I have decorating dreams though! Wonder if I would go bright and cherry?Miss Hillbillyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13422851284570747539noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8188646135690899651.post-57051754603385031332012-07-19T11:30:36.649-06:002012-07-19T11:30:36.649-06:00I love cheerful, rainbow colors! Hmm... they look earthy and playful to me rather than depressing. :) But then, I'm the queen of quilt ADD because I get depressed when working for long stretches with ANY project, regardless of how cheery or calming or flat-out boring the fabrics/colors are. I have to work in cycles, rotating several different projects in stages.Lynettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10424861624240818479noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8188646135690899651.post-35898415065309543532012-07-19T09:01:37.099-06:002012-07-19T09:01:37.099-06:00I just wonder if the people who love the ones I th...I just wonder if the people who love the ones I think are depressing love them because they think they are beautiful and complex or if they love them because they find them comforting (or maybe both).Dora, the Quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16043451474748191494noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8188646135690899651.post-40367468011082294142012-07-19T07:41:16.762-06:002012-07-19T07:41:16.762-06:00I am with you...I love the bright cheery colors to...I am with you...I love the bright cheery colors to work with. =)Amy, a redeemed sheephttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12324661637036868565noreply@blogger.com
