Perhaps two square feet of quilting. Didn't see or hear a thing out of the ordinary. Didn't suspect until I rolled to another part of the quilt. Probably three or four hours of unstitching. So, no, I don't get to move on to the quilt that I really, really want to do!
As far as I can tell there is *no* fast way to un-stitch.
Here's to a better day tomorrow!
Happy quiltmaking and knitting,
Oh no!!!! My day wasn't quite that bad. Finished up a client's quilt. Will be a wedding gift for her grandson & wife to be. Got the label all printed....checked spelling....sewed it in place.....stitched on the binding.....and, well on the last fold I looked again at the label......NO!!!!....the wedding date was WRONG!!!!! Hit the '8' instead of a 7!!!!!! Pick, pick, pick.................we, then, went out for supper (after I finished.....again!.....the stitching and folding!!!!).....sigh........
ReplyDeleteSew sorry! Not fun at all. Frustrating. Hope it goes better the 2nd time around.
ReplyDeleteThat happened on my Route 66 quilt last summer, twice. School started and it got shoved on a shelf. I need to pull it back out and work on it.

ReplyDeleteHate when that happens! You're in good company since I think it happens to all of us!
